Belmont Forum - 2013 International Opportunities Fund

The International Opportunities Fund supports international collaborative research on topics related to global environmental change.  The current call for proposals will support research in the area of food security and land-use change.  Research consortia consist of partners from multiple participating countries -- and bring together natural scientists, social scientists, and research users. The countries currently involved in this initiative are Australia, Brazil, Cyprus, France, India, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Netherlands, Romania, South Africa, Switzerland, UK, and  USA.  There are also possibilities for collaboration with non-participatory countries and developing countries.  The closing date is 30 September 2013.
